Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of GoVast — the self-hosted desktop application and dashboard — and the small relay service we operate alongside it. GoVast is a brand operated by Besser Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By installing or using GoVast, you agree to these terms.

1. What GoVast is

GoVast is software you run on your own computer that lets you send one encoder feed (e.g. OBS) to multiple streaming platforms at once, and manage stream titles, categories, and chat across them from a single dashboard. We also operate a small relay service that handles OAuth logins and real-time chat delivery for platforms that require a public webhook endpoint (see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that service does).

2. Eligibility and your accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms, and must have your own valid, compliant account with each platform you choose to connect (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, X). You are responsible for keeping your own device and platform credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

GoVast is a tool for streaming and managing your own content. You are solely responsible for everything you stream, post, or say through it. You agree not to use GoVast to violate:

  • any connected platform's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or
  • any applicable law.

We do not review, moderate, or control the content you stream or send through GoVast.

4. Third-party platforms

GoVast integrates with Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and X through their own public APIs. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for, and have no control over, those platforms' availability, policies, API changes, or any action they take on your account (including suspension or termination).

5. The relay service

The relay service described in our Privacy Policy is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify, rate-limit, or discontinue it at any time, including due to infrastructure limits or changes required by a connected platform. We'll aim to give notice of any change that affects how GoVast functions, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Intellectual property

The GoVast name, logo, and software are owned by Besser Enterprises LLC. You retain all rights to the content you stream, your chat logs, and any other content you create or manage through GoVast.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

GoVast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that GoVast will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVast and Besser Enterprises LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoVast, including lost streams, lost revenue, or any action taken against your account by a connected platform.

9. Termination

You may stop using GoVast at any time by uninstalling it and disconnecting your connected platforms. We may suspend or terminate access to the relay service for any account found to be abusing it or violating these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and post the revised version here.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
